We had very bad experience purchasing by telephone from HOME SHOP TV advertise, we purchased “IN PRO” it’s a grill to cook Pizza and misc. Our product was received on 27th of August, 2013 Thursday, we used on 31th August, 2013 on Saturday to make Pizza’s, when we turned on there was no temperature control so it’s like plug and on, so to bake Pizza we used for about 3 minutes to bake as recommended, within 2 minutes there was a loud noise where we plugged machine, we were not able to find anything at the moment, after completion of baking we were done with machine but when we moved this machine we found under the machine our granite has large line of crack so our kitchen platform granite was broken, just use of single day we got damage on (a) Granite kitchen counter top & (b) IN PRO machine was visual damage paint pill off and shows rust on top just in single use.
We highly recommend, (a) Stop immediate this faulty machine, (b) Refund our product investment, (c) Replace our Granite Counter top.
We complain for this cause on Sunday 1st September 2013, customer care has no knowledge or train to handle complain so they took details and told us some will call us in 24 hours, we had to call again after couple of days, now the story is we have to wait 7 days from the complain day, so we called again after our 7 days now the story is (a) We have to call in 48 hours after we received our product for refund, (b) They cannot give refund or credit to purchase any other product, (c) They cannot give manufacturer customer care, (d) They are not liable for our Granite kitchen counter top to replace or repair.

Dear Sir, This is in connection with the newly purchased karbonn titanium mach five from the amazon. Com on independence sale (Booked on 12Aug. & received on 17Aug.) Since from the date of purchase there is a lot of problems with the handset, which had been registered by me on the very first day of purchase telephonically as well as through Email conversation (Complaint ref. no. : – 254465). All Information is attached for your reference.
This is looking like I am being cheated by your company as they provided me the defective handset while taking the original money issued by GOI. So why should I accept the defected handset if I provide you the original money.
Even in the first attempt the issues are not resolved but authorized service center, again on the suggestion of customer care I deposit the mobile for repairing at company, which was not repaired till now( almost 20 days) & moreover their conversation is diff. from time to time (email attached).
Plzzzzz sir once again it is my humble request to you to replace the handset with the defected one with covering the new warranty period w.e.f. the date of receiving as the handset is already covered with the problems while received.
